The Role:

We are a close-knit team of motivated and experienced Real Estate professionals who are seeking a new addition of a Property Manager to join our successful team. Our office culture is very vibrant, fast-paced, energetic and social whilst maintaining a professional, hardworking and presentable manner.

Enthusiastic, proactive, well presented, and overall a team player with a genuine desire to succeed, we are seeking Property Manager with:

– Minimum two years Property Management experience

– Experience with preparation and execution of tribunal hearings

– Exceptional time management skills

– A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act

– Certificate of registration

– Valid driver’s license and your own car

– Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills

– Hunger for success – the ability to work towards weekly targets
