Mitch started his career as a landscaper and horticulturist at the age of 18.
In 2015 Mitch made the leap into the real estate world and has not looked back since.
Mitch soon realised that to be a great agent he had to focus on the things most agents tend to overlook.
Client focused- Mitch will do whatever he can to ensure every client is treated with the utmost respect Mitch is apart of their journey not the other way around.
Relationship focused- Everyone has a different reason as to why they are selling. Mitch prides himself on making each client his focus. Mitch loves building relationships and enjoys nurturing clients until they are ready.
Mitch has the most amazing ability to connect with clients. This connection is lifelong and clients are drawn to his down to earth attitude and respect he shows them.
Mitch is mindful that while he does this for a living, most clients only experience buying and selling on a couple of occasions in their lifetime. He ensures he works with them and makes them fully aware of the process.
Mitch lives by the following rules
– Stay humble, no one likes arrogance.
-Give the same advice I would expect an agent to give with my nan, pop, mum and dad. That’s how I treat all of my clients.
-If you want to be successful you must surround yourself with the right people, and I am lucky enough to have a fantastic partner at home, at work with Daniel and the best office in Penrith. The culture we have is second to none.
As for my own time, I love to relax by enjoying time under the water scuba diving, going to the movies and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
