Your Role:
You will enter a busy and fast paced role and learn strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success.
You will be trained to become one of the best negotiators in the area – as long as you have a strong hunger to succeed, electric energy, and willingness to learn.
Our office culture is very vibrant, fast-paced, energetic, and social whilst maintaining a professional, hardworking and presentable manner.
Enthusiastic, proactive, well presented, and with a genuine desire and drive to succeed professionally and personally, we are seeking sales agents with all levels of experience.
Multiple positions available:
– An experienced agent with a great track record of selling and listing in the area.
– You’ve worked as an assistant agent and want to take your career to the next level.
– You’re looking to break into the real estate industry.
– You have previous sales representative experience in other fields and have worked in a fast-paced industry with KPI’s. For example, retail, finance, or telecommunications.
– Or, if you’re social, bubbly and have strong friendship networks within the Penrith valley community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
– Valid drivers license and your own car
– Real estate experience is highly regarded but not mandatory
– Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
– Hunger for sales – the ability to work towards weekly targets
